# Guardrails

The Guardrails tab allows you to enable content restrictions on the behavior of the AI persona. Common restrictions preventing references to sexual content or illegal activities can be toggled on and off.

In addition, you can create up to 10 "Custom Rules" using the "+ Add Rule" button at the bottom of the page.
