# Controller Functionality

**Trigger Button** - select buttons in VR.  For example, selecting keys from the virtual keyboard, interacting with your personal menu, and changing seats when enabled

**Grip Button** - allows you to grab virtual objects with your virtual hands

**Oculus Button** - return to the headset main menu and quick settings menu

**Menu Button** -  open and close your quick menu

**Thumb Stick** - allows you to move forward and backward and rotate left and right

**A Button** and **Y Button** - allows for long distance teleportation
